Our Support Program consists of the following:

• Email support is part of our membership program, you have unlimted email support for SEO services and web site maintenance (this is an advise service only)
• Telephone support is reserved for SEO Clients only who use our advanced SEO services, this also applies to web development services where a maintenance contract exists

Membership fees

We are not yet ready to accept membership, our content is not yet sufficient enough to offer full value for money. In the meantime you may subscribe to our email only SEO support for £5/month.  Subscription options are:

• £5/month - rolling contract no notice required for cancellation
• £45/annum - annual rolling contract

Any payments made will be deducted from any full membership fee offered and accepted in the future.

Advanced SEO Services

We offer Search Engine Optimization (SEO) services and charge an initial one off fee of £99 for:

• Full manual report on positioning of your compaines web presence on the 3 main seach engines - Google, Yahoo and MSN Search, for up to 30 keywords/phrases - We do not use automated systems we manually search and view all keywords which allows us to assess the keywords and/or phrases effectively enabling us to provide a comprehensive assessment of your companies web sites Search Engine Ranking and Indexing.
• Initial set up of Google Adwords, Analytics, Cross Promotion and Conversion Tracking
• We will provide recommendations tailored to your own companies requirements, no one report is exactly the same.
• Our service includes access to a range of resources suitable for use in the promotion of your website
• A 25% discount will be offered on all full membership fees in the future
• Advertising on a Decadehomepage.com, Olympicpixels2012.com and 1ofeach.com included. Free use of a web site with hosting on PremiumSiteBuilder.co.uk for 3 months. Plus, if available, 3 months sponosored advertising  on the category of your choice in YourParish.co.uks' free directory. ( Total value £34.47 ). Terms and conditions apply.
• An initial 15 minute telephone call will be required to discuss your specific needs, followed by up to 1 hour of a follow up call after the report has been issued. Valid for a maximum of 2 calls within 1 month of report.
• Unlimited email support for 3 months. (worth £15)
• Follow up report on progress of keywords one calender month after initial enquiry.

This is a comprehensive service and we cannot stress enough that we do not use automated systems and as such we can only give estimates on completion times but cannot guarantee them, furthermore we cannot accept all applications for this service. Ongoing SEO Maintenance and Promotion

In addition to our report service we provide, for a monthly fee, a variety of services to help increase your companies profile on the internet. Our services includes but is not limited to;

• Google management and analysis - google offers this for free but is often biased towards increasing your budget. Our service aims to cease your dependance on Pay Per Click advertising within 3 - 18 months.
• Keyword reservation. Only one customer per business clasification, keyword, phrase. A conflict of interest will exist  and so we ask all clients to specify 1 primary, 5 secondary and up to 24 tiesery business clasifications/keywords and/or phrases. This meanss that we will not have more than one client with the same primary keyword, no more than 2 clients with the same secondary keywords. Once a primary keyword has been reserved it may not be used by any other client within any keywords, only 2 clients may have the same secondary keyword within any keywords. see example.
• Web site promotion to drive traffic to your site.
• Web site maintenance to help improve performace with search engine indexing.

Fees are dependant on the type of sytem and the amount of work required and are quoted on a case by case basis. Please contact us for more information.
